Free self-assessment tool. Results are indicative, not professional advice. Provided “as is” without warranty.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, methodologies, and frameworks are IP of TransformERP.AI. No reproduction without written permission. Client deliverables subject to individual SOW terms.
6. Payment Terms
- Payments via Stripe Invoicing
- Due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
- Prices in euros (€), exclusive of VAT
- Services may be suspended for overdue payments exceeding 30 days
- Refund terms per individual service proposals
7. Confidentiality
Both parties keep non-public information confidential. Obligation survives 2 years post-engagement. Scorecard data confidential; anonymised aggregates may be used for benchmarking.
8. Limitation of Liability
Services are advisory. No guarantee of specific outcomes. Total liability capped at fees paid for the specific engagement. No liability for indirect/consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or negligence causing death/injury.
9. Termination
Either party: 30 days written notice unless SOW states otherwise. Fees for completed work remain payable.
10. Governing Law
French law. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Strasbourg, France. Alternative dispute resolution available by agreement for non-EU clients.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
